VIEW ITINERARY

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve

Depart from Nairobi in the morning through the dramatic Great Rift Valley with a stopover at view point and Narok town for lunch. Proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve which is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great Wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. On arrival, you will enjoy evening game drive.

Day 2: Discover Masai Mara Game Reserve

Depart for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch in search of great predators and perhaps even cubs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and Leopard hiding amidst Acacia boughs. This full day will take you to the famous Mara river which is the gateway to the wildest migration from Serengeti.

Day 3: Explore Maasai Mara Game Reserve

Another day will be spent in Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.

During our stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people or an early hot air balloon.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha (Great Rift Valley)

After breakfast, you will depart to Lake Naivsaha where we will arrive in time for lunch at our accommodation. We take an optional boat ride. Alternatively, a nature walk at Crescent Island is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to Zebras, Wildebeests, Gazelles, Vervet Monkeys, Hares, Genet Cats, Waterbucks and Giraffes.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park

Depart in the morning after breakfast passing through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of Elephants. Lunch on arrival followed by evening game drive. In addition to Antelopes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Buffaloes and the rare and elusive Leopard, nearly every vista within the Park is framed by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.

Day 6: Explore Amboseli

Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for another stimulating game drive in search of the herds of Jumbo Elephants, Wildebeest, Giraffes and Baboons. Optional visit to a Maasai village is planned after breakfast. Maasai warriors are famously known as the proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world. Midday finds us at our camp for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another extensive game drive in the evening.

Day 7: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi

After breakfast in the morning we depart by road to Nairobi to end our trip.
